MadeAll Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, the "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy as follows in order to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly and smoothly handle related grievances pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 2 Period of Processing and Retention of Personal Information
The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period prescribed by law or within the period consented to by the data subject when collecting the personal information.

- Records regarding payment and supply of goods: 5 years
- Records regarding consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
- Access logs: 3 months

The Company processes the following items of personal information.
- Sign-up and authentication: email
- Orders/Delivery: recipient, address, contact information
- Automatically collected: IP address, cookies, access records
Article 4 Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company does not, in principle, provide the personal information of data subjects to third parties. However, it may do so only in the following cases.
- Where the consent of the data subject has been obtained
- Where provision is required by law
Article 5 Entrustment of Personal Information Processing
- Delivery companies: CJ Logistics, etc. (delivery)
- Manufacturing partners: makerspaces (production)
Article 6 Overseas Transfer of Personal Information
The Company may transfer and process personal information overseas for the provision of services.

- Receiving entity: Google Firebase (Google LLC)
- Purpose of transfer: member authentication, data storage, and service operation
- Retention and use period: during the period of service use or for the period required by applicable laws
The Company uses Firebase-based cloud hosting and data storage services, and applies personal information protection measures through access control and security rules (including Firestore Security Rules).
